Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. What you're agreeing to
These terms govern your use of reviewkathy.com and your purchase of a ReviewKathy plan
(Starter, Growth, or Dominate). By submitting a form on this site or paying for a plan, you agree
to these terms. "You" means the business or individual purchasing or using the service; "we,"
"us," and "ReviewKathy" mean Skyview Business Consulting Inc..
2. The service
ReviewKathy provides physical NFC tap-to-review cards programmed to your Google review page,
along with (depending on your plan) review monitoring, AI-assisted review responses, Google
Business content and AI-visibility optimization, competitor monitoring, and multi-location
support. Exactly what's included on your plan is described on our pricing page at the time you
sign up.
3. Billing and cancellation
- The one-time setup fee is charged when you sign up and covers programming and shipping your
cards.
- The monthly subscription fee is billed in advance each month, starting on your signup
date, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time, for any reason, from your account or by emailing us. There is no
long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
- Canceling stops future monitoring, response drafting, and optimization work as of your next
billing date. It does not disable or deactivate the physical cards already delivered to you —
they keep working as tap-to-review cards even after you cancel.
- We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we also don't lock you into paying for months
you didn't want — cancel any time and you simply won't be billed again.
4. Your responsibilities
- You need an active Google Business Profile for your cards to point to. If you don't have one,
tell us before ordering and we'll help you set one up first.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (business name,
category, location) — it's what the cards get programmed against and what the AI visibility scan
is run for.
- You agree to use the service only for your own legitimate business, not to impersonate
another business or mislead customers.
5. What we will never do — and what you agree not to ask us to do
This is the most important section of these terms, and it's non-negotiable:
- We will never build, offer, or configure any feature that filters, gates, or screens which
customers get shown the review card or review link based on how happy they seem. Every card
points every customer to the same public review page, regardless of their experience.
- We will never offer a discount, prize, or other incentive conditioned on a customer leaving a
positive review, or on leaving a review at all in exchange for something of value.
- We will not guarantee a specific star rating, review count, or AI mention for your business,
and no representative of ours is authorized to promise you one.
- If you ask us to build any of the above, we'll say no — this isn't a negotiable feature
request, it's how the service is built to comply with Google's policies and the FTC Rule on
Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).
6. Intellectual property
The ReviewKathy name, logo, and platform are our property. Reviews your customers write remain
their own words; you and we may both use them in accordance with the platform each was posted on
(e.g., Google's terms for Google reviews) and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific business outcome — review
count, star rating, AI visibility, or revenue — because those depend on factors outside our
control, including your own customer volume and market. Statistics referenced on our marketing
pages are third-party research about consumer behavior generally, not a promise about your
results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from
the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are
not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost
business opportunities.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the
date at the top of this page and notify active customers by email.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its
conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved
in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that
venue and jurisdiction.
