Who we are

Skyview Business Consulting Inc. ("ReviewKathy," "we," "us," or "our") operates reviewkathy.com and the ReviewKathy tap-to-review card system. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have about it.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and plan interest, when you fill out a form on this site to request the free AI visibility scan or to start a plan.
Information about your business — your business name, category, city, and (if you become a customer) your Google Business Profile details, needed to program your NFC cards and run the AI visibility scan.
Customer review data — if you're a ReviewKathy subscriber, the reviews your own customers leave through your cards, which we monitor and help you respond to as part of the service.
Automatically collected information — standard technical data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through normal web server logs and any analytics tool listed below.

How we use it

To run your free AI visibility scan and show you the results
To set up, ship, and program your NFC cards
To monitor your reviews and draft responses, if you're on a plan that includes it
To send you the emails and, if you opted in, texts or calls you agreed to receive
To bill your subscription and setup fee
To improve this website and our service generally

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your business's review data with other businesses. We do not use your reviews to build profiles about your customers beyond what's needed to monitor and respond to those reviews on your behalf.

Who we share information with

We share information with the specific outside services that help us run ReviewKathy — for example, payment processing, email delivery, and hosting. As of the date above, that includes:

Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and setup fees
Cloudflare — hosting this site and processing form submissions; no separate email/CRM provider is in use yet, so form replies and account emails are sent directly by our team

Each of these providers only receives the information it needs to do its job, and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll name the specific tool here and update the date at the top of this page.

Your choices

Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at scott.tischler@gmail.com to be removed.
Texts and calls: if you opted in, reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Your data: you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing scott.tischler@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, generally 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're an active customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping. If you were only a lead who never became a customer, we keep your information only as long as we're actively following up, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

ReviewKathy is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for active customers, let you know by email.
